We've created our own dog-friendly British dessert... a classic Eton Mess

You will need...

• 1 Egg
• Teaspoon of Sugar
• 6 Strawberries
• Strawberry + Apple Iced Treat
• 2 Mint Leaves

Instructions... 

To make the meringue:

1. Preheat your oven to 100C and line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper
2. Separate the egg white into a clean bowl + whisk until frothy
3. Add half a teaspoon of sugar to the mixture and continue to whisk until stiff peaks form when the whisk is removed... but it shouldn't look too dry.
4. Spoon the mixture onto the baking sheet and put in the oven for 1 hour
5. When finished baking remove the from the oven & allow to cool

Create your Eton Mess:

1. Crumble the meringue into pieces
2. Wash & remove the stems of your strawberries 
3. Mash 5 of your strawberries until they become puree
4. Add half the strawberry puree to the bottom of the bowl and add your Billy + Margot Iced Treat
5. Pour the rest of the sauce onto the Iced Treat and top with your crumbled meringue 
6. Add the final strawberry to the top for decoration with a spring of mint (one or two leaves only), which is a great source of fibre, is full of antioxidants and is great for fresh breath.
